After a rushed week of feeling rather frazzled and dowdy, I'm going to take time out for a little luxuriousness this weekend.

A Classic

My weekend will be filled with more planning for my sister's pending nuptials and in my never-ending search for online inspiration I stumbled upon this exquisite dress that I just had to share with ya'll.

I've jumped into the wedding dress debate a bit, but if a girl's gonna go big, this is the way she ought to do it. Do you see that bustling? Total poof perfection.

Bold and Bright

I woke up to a winter wonderland (again!) and the snow continues to fall. You know I love my grey, but enough is enough! This is making me crave some color to punch up my white washed world.

I'd be willing to brave the elements in this bright scarf, killer bag and purple ankle boots.

And I'd be more willing to stay home snuggled up in PJs drinking coffee and baking away if my kitchen were similarly bright and cheery!

Feeling Naughty

Who wouldn't want to wake up to lovely light from some rockin' lamps, surrounded by killer art and feel the warm touch of (faux!) fir underfoot.

Now that I think about it I'd probably end up staying in bed all day admiring my beautiful surroundings. Eh, productivity is overrated anyway.

Maybe it's brought on by my recent obsession with birdcage veils (check out the most fabulous one here!), but I'm adding hats to my must-have accessory list for spring, especially after spotting the Maria Bonita collection.

I don't know if IPhone could get any better (I'm so highly addicted to mine) but it just got prettier!

I've only just begun wading through the spoils of Fashion Week. I like to savor all the fabulousness. 

I was immediately drawn in by Jenni Kayne's entire collection. I'm loving it for its simplicity, lack of over-the-top trends, and for those fantastic glasses! If only I could pull off the look.

Does anyone else notice how wearable these looks would be right now? Why must you make me wait, Jenni!

I've only just begun to dig into fashion week coverage, but a few lines have already caught my eye. I'll be looking at Preen and Band of Outsiders in detail, but I'm already getting in the pre-order line for Jason Wu.

This is supposed to be Fall rtw, but with 7 weddings and counting that I'm attending in 2009 - I need this dress now!

Spring may be just around the corner but I'll take a few more cold weeks if it means I get to wear these ensembles. Daily.
